病毒性脑炎,简称病脑。近20年来临床上曾使用过“散发性病毒性脑炎”、“非特异性脑炎”及“散脑”等名称。是内科常见病之一。收集我院自1990年1月～1999年12月10年间病脑的临床资料,报道于下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组病人56例,男30例,女26例。年龄<15岁3例,16～50岁35例,>51岁18例。职业:农民38例,工人11例,干部2例,学生5例。1.2 诊断及分类全部病例均符合1982年全国散脑座谈会制定的散脑诊断标准。临床分型:弥漫型34
Viral encephalitis, referred to as sick brain. In the past 20 years, the names of “sporadic viral encephalitis”, “nonspecific encephalitis” and “scattered brain” have been used clinically. Is one of the common medical diseases. The clinical data of the brain in our hospital from January 1990 to December 1999 were collected and reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 56 patients in this group, 30 males and 26 females. Three cases were aged <15 years old, 35 cases were 16 ~ 50 years old and 18 cases were> 51 years old. Occupation: 38 farmers, 11 workers, cadres in 2 cases, 5 cases of students. 1.2 Diagnosis and classification All cases are in line with the 1982 national brain scattered scattered brain diagnostic criteria.
