Energy Hopes to Look Xinjiang in the Western Oil and Gas Sector From October 18 to October 19, more than 300 experts, scholars and executives from domestic and overseas oil fields gathered in Beijing to attend the forum organized by the World Petroleum Congress, China’s State Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology Social Development Division and the China Petroleum Institute China Oil and Gas Forum jointly organized by the Tarim Basin in Xinjiang for exploration and development of oil and seek advice and suggestions for China’s energy security industry, the blueprint for the sustainable development of oil and gas industry.
