目的识别与分析某炸药生产线建设项目在生产过程中可能产生职业病危害因素的主要环节,确定职业病危害类别并提出建设性意见和防护办法。方法本文职业病危害预评价项目对不同的评价内容分别采用类比法、检查表分析法进行定性和定量评价。结果项目的选址、总体布局、卫生管理措施、危害防护设施、设备布局、辅助用室设置、建筑卫生学、应急救援、个人防护措施等符合卫生学的基本要求。主要危害因素为煤尘、氨、一氧化碳、噪声和高温。类比检测结果粉尘TWA为0.4mg/m3;氨STEL为0.3~3.4mg/m3,TWA为0.2~2.0mg/m3;一氧化碳STEL为<1.2 5mg/m3;噪声62.2~8 8.7d B(A);室内WBGT为2 7.1~2 8.7℃。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,但项目实施过程中,若能落实可行性研究报告中提出的有关防护措施和本预评价报告中提出的有关职业病危害防护对策,落实卫生工程措施,则拟建项目发生职业病危害的风险较小。
Objective To identify and analyze the main links that may cause occupational hazards in the production process of a certain explosive production line construction project, determine the types of occupational hazards and propose constructive suggestions and protection measures. Methods In this paper, pre-evaluation of occupational hazards project evaluation of different contents were used analogy, checklist analysis of qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The site selection, overall layout, health management measures, hazard protection facilities, equipment layout, auxiliary room settings, building hygiene, emergency rescue and personal protection measures met the basic requirements of hygiene. The main hazards are coal dust, ammonia, carbon monoxide, noise and high temperature. The results of analog test showed that the TWA of dust was 0.4mg / m3, the ammonia STEL was 0.3 ~ 3.4mg / m3 and the TWA was 0.2 ~ 2.0mg / m3. The STEL of carbon monoxide was <1.2 5mg / Indoor WBGT 2 7.1 ~ 2 8.7 ℃. Conclusion The construction project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards. However, in the process of project implementation, if the relevant protective measures proposed in the feasibility study report and the protective measures against occupational hazards proposed in the report of the preliminary assessment can be implemented and the sanitary engineering measures , The risk of occupational hazards in the proposed project is relatively small.
