在改革开放的春风沐浴下,教育改革也发生着质的飞跃。长期以来,基础教育课程目标指向单一的认知领域,造成了课程结构突出学科本位、科目过多、缺乏整合,课程评价过分强调甄别与选拔等一系列的问题。而新的课程观在体现由“知识本位”向“人本位”转变的同时,必然要导致课程目标由单一的认知性目标转向情感态度与价值观、过程与方法和知识与技能多种目标的有机整合。这是人的发展需要,也是素质教育的要求。
Under the spring breeze of reform and opening up, there has also been a qualitative leap in education reform.
