为欢度八十年代第一个春节,搞好春节期间的拥军优属、拥政爱民和群众文化娱乐活动。文化部和国家民委组织了部分表演团体的演出队,分赴河北、内蒙古、黑龙江、新疆、福建、云南、海南岛等地,与当地剧团一起为老根据地、少数民族和边远地区的军民进行慰问演出。这次慰问演出,各剧院、团都准备了精彩的节目。中国京剧院到河北省平山、阜平一带,为老根据地人民演出优秀剧目《群英会》、《闹天宫》、《望江亭》等。中国青年艺术剧院去福建省泉州、厦门、漳州、龙岩地区演出新创作的话剧《权与法》、《归帆》。慰问演出团已于二月初陆续分赴各地,演出活动将历时一个多月。
