目的:研究分析剖宫产护理中应用人性化护理的临床效果。方法:采用数字随机法将2016年5月份——2017年5月份收治的实施择期剖宫产的产妇124例分成两组,常规组采用优质护理,观察组患者实施人性化护理,对所有产妇的护理前后的SAS、SDS评分以及护理满意度统计分析。结果:观察组产妇护理满意度为96.77%,较比对照组88.71%,有差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。经护理后,两组产妇的SAS、SDS评分较比护理前有明显改善,观察组患者改善情况明显优于常规组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:剖宫产护理中应用人性化护理的临床效果显著,产妇的护理满意度大大提高,不良情绪得到有效疏导,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study and analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing in cesarean section nursing. Methods: 124 cases of elective cesarean section in May 2016-May 2017 were divided into two groups according to the digital random method. The patients in the normal group were treated with high-quality nursing care. The patients in the observation group were treated with humanized nursing care. SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing care and nursing satisfaction statistical analysis. Results: The satisfaction rate of maternity nursing in observation group was 96.77%, which was 88.71% more than that in control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). After nursing, the two groups of maternal SAS, SDS score than before nursing improved significantly, the observation group patients improved significantly better than the conventional group, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The clinical effect of applying humanized nursing in cesarean section nursing is remarkable. The nursing satisfaction of maternity is greatly improved and the bad mood is effectively diverted, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
