根据司法部的要求,政法院校大专毕业生须于毕业前完成并通过毕业论文。毕业论文的写作,是对学校教学质量和学生学习情况的一种综合考核方法,同时也是对毕业生将来可能涉足的法学研究工作做必要的准备和基本训练。毕业论文历来为各院校高度重视。我院自1987年首届大专班开始,已连续5年进行了此项工作,取得了一些经验,为帮助即将毕业的同学完成毕业论文的写作,拟就大专生法学毕业论文的写作方法谈几点认识,供同学们参考。 撰写法学沦文,没有十分固定的模式,就具体操作过程而言,一般大致可分三个阶段,即选题、资料收集和写作。上述三个阶段在顺序上并无绝对的先后之分,根据各人的习惯不同,可以先选定题目,再针对选题收集资料,可以先收集资料,再根据占有资料的内容、数量确定题目,在写作中有时也会出现新的思路而放弃原来的考虑,继而重新确定选题和收集资料的情况。本文按照选题,资料收集、写作这样一种常用顺序作一介绍。
