本文提供了对空间齿轮(准双曲面齿轮、锥齿轮和锥蜗杆传动等)的几何关系和切齿工艺进行自动综合处理的最通用的理论方法。建议采用假想锥面产形轮理论(The Conical Imaginary generator)。并根据程序块原理编制了计算程序,将各种齿轮机构按其构造和加工特点进行分类,再用计算机对各类齿轮进行综合和分析。本文还载有用于展成各类不同齿轮的计算框图。
This article provides the most general theoretical approach to the automated synthesis of the geometry of the spatial gears (hypoid gears, bevel gears and conical worm gears, etc.) and the gear cutting process. It is recommended to use The Conical Imaginary generator. According to the principle of program block, a calculation program is compiled, and various gear mechanisms are classified according to the features of their structure and processing. Then all kinds of gear are integrated and analyzed by computer. This article also contains calculations for developing a variety of different gear box diagram.
