In the selection of “Top Ten Economic Newspersons in Hunan Province” jointly organized by “Economic and Trade Guide” magazine, Hunan Radio Station and Economic Television Station, Fang Bingqi, director of Zhuzhou Smelter, was elected for successfully defusing “futures risk”. Zhuzhou Smelter, one of the 500 largest state-owned enterprises, was founded in 1956 as one of the backbone enterprises in China’s nonferrous metal industry and one of the largest export bases for China’s lead and zinc production.
