一般的内窥镜活检法对粘膜下肿瘤的诊断和浸润情况,以及对慢性胃炎的组织学检查等常感不足。多年来虽对活检钳和活检法作过不少改良,但仍有出血之虑或操作困难或活检组织块尚不能达到要求之弊而未能普及推广。作者介绍剥离活检法(Strip-off biopsy),不仅能取到以厘米为单位的活检组织,而且能包含部分粘膜下组织,并对平坦及陷凹性病变亦适用,操作也颇简易。
