肱骨远端冠状面骨折是临床较少见的骨折类型,多数涉及肱骨小头或肱骨小头及滑车外侧部分,少数病例可出现肱骨小头及滑车联合冠状面骨折,此类型骨折在少年儿童人群中更是罕见。我院于2014年3月收治1例14岁肱骨小头及滑车冠状面骨折患者,现报告如下。1病例资料患者男性,14岁,因“跌倒致右肘部肿痛伴活动受限3h”于2014年3月11日在我院急诊就诊。损伤发生时,患者右上肢先呈伸直外展支撑地面后肘关节屈
