目的 :探讨α 干扰素 (IFN α)对人肺腺癌细胞株A549细胞端粒酶活性和p5 3蛋白质表达的影响。方法 :用两种不同质量浓度IFN α(2 5 μg L ,10 0 μg L)处理人肺腺癌细胞株A549细胞 ,并设空白对照。采用TRAP 银染法检测端粒酶活性 ,用免疫荧光标记法测定p5 3蛋白的表达。结果 :IFN α作用后的A549细胞 ,端粒酶活性明显降低 ,且p5 3蛋白表达明显减少。结论 :IFN α能抑制肺腺癌细胞的端粒酶活性和p5 3蛋白的表达
Objective: To investigate the effects of IFNα on telomerase activity and p5 3 protein expression in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. Methods: Human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 was treated with two different concentrations of IFNα (25 μg L, 100 μg L), and a blank control was set. Telomerase activity was detected by TRAP silver staining and p5 3 protein expression by immunofluorescence staining. Results: The telomerase activity of A549 cells was significantly decreased after IFNα treatment, and the expression of p5 3 protein was significantly decreased. Conclusion: IFNα can inhibit telomerase activity and p5 3 protein expression in lung adenocarcinoma cells
