目的 分析影响输尿管结石疗效的主要因素，探讨提高体外冲击波碎石术（ＥＳＷＬ）治疗输尿管结石疗效的手段。方法 治疗组应用国产ＺＬ－５０２碎石机配合不同辅助疗法，治疗输尿管结石４０２例；对照组单纯应用国产ＺＬ－５０２碎石机治疗输尿管结石１２０例。结果 治疗组工作电压、冲击次数均显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０１），两组输尿管结石的原位粉碎率、１个月和３个月的排净率有差别，但无统计学意义。结论 ＥＳＷＬ治疗输尿管结石配合不同辅助疗法可以降低工作电压，减少冲击次数，提高输尿管结石的疗效。
Objective To analyze the main factors affecting the efficacy of ureteral calculi and to explore ways to improve the efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods Treatment group with domestic ZL-502 lithotriptor with different adjuvant therapy for the treatment of ureteral calculi in 402 cases; control group simply with domestic ZL-502 lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi in 120 cases. Results The working voltage and impact frequency in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01, P <0.01). The in situ crush rates of ureteral stones and the clearance rates at 1 month and 3 months were Differences, but not statistically significant. Conclusion ESWL treatment of ureteral stones with different adjuvant therapy can reduce the working voltage, reduce the number of impact, improve the efficacy of ureteral calculi.
