提起考核,大家并不陌生,但传统的考核,由于多方面原因,往往达不到预期的效果。绝大多数员工对考核形式和内容不满意,对考核结果持怀疑态度,有时考核甚至成为激发矛盾的导火索,大大降低了工作效率,因此大部分国有企业的考核工作开展的不理想。但我们能否就此放弃或轻视考核呢?当然不能,因为无论从企业的角度,还是从管理者和员工的角度,都需要用考核的手段进行过程监控和效果评价,提高和保持企业经营的高效率。现代企业的发展要求必须建立科学的绩效考核管理体系。
