总平面布置的意图 华仪和立民两厂的委托任务下达时,指明在同一基地范围内建造两个工厂,而生产车间各有不同的要求,生活福利的要求亦不相同,因此都要求分别建造。后经深入了解,知两厂生产性质同属于甲乙类别,目下两厂职工人数也几乎相同。根据勤俭建国勤俭办厂的原则,及已掌握的具体情况,设计总负责人曾再三向两厂联系协商,最后取得两厂同意把两厂的办公福利生活及仓库等建筑统筹
