教育部制订的《普通高中历史课程标准(实验)》(以下简称“新课标”)于2003年4月公布。根据“新课标”编写、2004年初审通过的4种版本的教科书也于同年秋季在广东、山东、海南、宁夏等地投入实验。迄今为止,实验的时间虽然不长,但从反馈回来的信息看,遇到的问题不少。本文拟从课程设置、课程内容和呈现方式、教学理念和教学操作等层面,剖析一下当前历史课程改革面临的困难,寻求克服困难的对策,谈一点个人的看法。
The “General High School History Curriculum Standards (Experiment)” (hereinafter referred to as “New Curriculum Standards”) formulated by the Ministry of Education was released in April 2003. According to the “New Curriculum Standards”, four versions of textbooks passed the first trial in 2004 were also put into experiments in Guangdong, Shandong, Hainan and Ningxia in the fall of the same year. So far, the experimental time is not long, but from the feedback of the information to see that there are many problems encountered. This article intends to analyze the difficulties in current history curriculum reform from the aspects of curriculum setup, course content and presentation, teaching philosophy and teaching operation, to find solutions to overcoming difficulties and to talk about personal opinions.
