从国家经贸委中小企业司获悉,对中小企业现已明确的重点扶持对象有:①高科技型中小企业;②资源综合利用型和环保型中小企业;③农产品深加工型中小企业,尤其是乡镇企业;④吸纳城镇劳动力就业型中小企业;⑤出口创汇型中小企业;⑥地处西部、少数民族、边远地区的中小企业。 拟定中的《中小企业促进法》制定了如下扶持措施:①推进产业结构的调整。鼓励中小企业向“专、精、特、新”方向发展。②鼓励中小企业建立科技创新机制,通过办科技创新园区、建立创
It is learned from the SMEs Division of the State Economic and Trade Commission that the key support targets for SMEs that are now clearly defined are: ① high-tech SMEs; ② comprehensive utilization of resources and environmentally friendly SMEs; ③ small and medium-sized agricultural products processing enterprises, especially township and village enterprises ; ④Adjusting urban labor employment SMEs; ⑤Exporting foreign exchange earning SMEs; ⑥ SMEs located in the west, ethnic minorities and remote areas.
