有些企业经理持有这样的观点:让下属员工干,还不如自己干来得快。与其花时间精力教他们,还干不好;不如就不要让他们干。这话只说对了一小部分。
Some corporate managers hold the view that it is better to let subordinate employees do better than themselves. Instead of spending time and energy teaching them, they still do not do well; just do not let them do it. These words only say a small part.
