本文对矾矿采集到具有代表性的岩矿石样品进行了元素分析及体外细胞毒性试验。元素分析中,除钾、铝含量较高外,未见其它元素富集现象;游离SiO_2分析中,仅掘进尘样品含44.6%,其它均在10%以下。应用红细胞溶血率、肺巨噬细胞死亡率、培养液中乳酸脱氢酶活性进行的细胞毒性试验表明:①其毒性大小基本与其所含游离SiO_2量的多少一致,其它成份未见作用;②熟矿石粉尘pH值偏酸,溶血率稍高,但其它指标均低于其它各组,表明其因含可溶性铝而有保护作用。
In this paper, elemental analysis and in vitro cytotoxicity tests were carried out on representative samples of rock ore collected from alum ore. In the elemental analysis, except for the high content of potassium and aluminum, no other element enrichment phenomenon was observed. In the free SiO_2 analysis, only 44.6% of dust samples were excavated and the others were below 10%. The results of cytotoxicity test using hemolysis rate of erythrocytes, mortality rate of pulmonary macrophage and activity of lactate dehydrogenase in culture medium showed that: (1) The toxicity was basically the same as the amount of free SiO 2 contained therein, and the other components had no effect; (2) The pH value of ore dust is slightly acidic and the hemolysis rate is slightly higher, but the other indexes are lower than other groups, indicating that it has a protective effect due to soluble aluminum.
