首批广东省教师工作室主持人、特级教师阮美好及东莞市小语学科带头人廖军曾到我校分别与我校两位语文老师进行了同课异构的教学活动。廖军老师讲授的课文是俄国著名作家契诃夫的《凡卡》,阮美好老师讲授的课文是肖复兴的《花边饺子里的爱》。同课异构教学活动之后,我们整个语文科组都发出感叹:“听名师的课,与其说是在听课,不如说是在欣赏、享受。”感叹之余,大家都深感疑惑:为什么同是一线教师,我们同名师的差距那么大呢?得出一个共同的结论:我们的文化底蕴浅薄。对于这个结论,我产生了怀疑:原因仅仅是文化底蕴的差距吗?我静思良久得出的结论是:
