用双列分析的方法研究了陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)4个品种及其杂种 F_1的种仁油分和氨基酸成分的资料,分析了杂种优势的表现和遗传效应,并估算了棉子性状间的简单相关系数。F_1的种仁含油率表现正的平均优势(4.75%),种仁氨基酸总量表现负的平均优势(-3.60%)。这两个性状的显性方差(H_1、H_2)都远大于加性方差(D),表明它们的遗传主要受显性基因控制。其中种仁含油率的显性基因起增值的作用,而种仁氨基酸总量的显性基因有减少氨基酸总量的趋势。种仁含油率与种仁率呈极显著的正相关(r=0.678~(**)),种仁氨基酸总量与子指、仁指存在显著的正相关(r=0.504~*和 r=0.447~*)。除了蛋氨酸以外,各种氨基酸含量的遗传表现与氨基酸总量的表现相似。
The data of oil content and amino acid composition of four kernels of Gossypium hirsutum L. and its hybrid F_1 were studied by double-row analysis. The performance of heterosis and the genetic effect were analyzed. Simple correlation coefficient. F_1 showed a positive average (4.75%) seed kernel oil content, and the total amino acid population showed a negative average (-3.60%) average. The dominant variance (H_1, H_2) of the two traits is much greater than the additive variance (D), indicating that their inheritance is dominated by dominant genes. Among them, dominant gene of kernel oil content increased the value, while dominant gene of total amino acid of seed kernel had the tendency of reducing the total amino acid. There was a significant positive correlation between kernel oil content and seed kernel rate (r = 0.678 ~ (**)). The total amount of amino acids in seed kernel was positively correlated with the index finger and kernel index (r = 0.504 ~ * and r = 0.447 ~ *). In addition to methionine, the genetic performance of various amino acids is similar to that of total amino acids.
