罗布麻是多年生宿根草本植物,生长在我国北方广大盐碱沙荒地区,东至大海之滨,西至西北高原,北至内蒙沙漠边缘和严寒黑龙江等地。罗布麻是医药、纺织、造纸等工业的原料,又是很好的蜜源,为开发盐碱荒地的很有发展前途的野生植物。 罗布麻耐盐碱,耐涝,抗干旱,抗风沙,生长期可达20年左右,但在一年之中,生长期为7个月,开花期长达两个多月。 春季(3～4月):随气温回升,呈休眠状态的地下新芽开始萌动,并陆续出土。出土后的幼芽呈火红色,两天后逐渐放出新叶,植株呈绿色,慢慢地长出新的分枝,株高一
