通常,对于学生来说,学习初中数学都是比较困难的事情,这就需要教师在教学中开展有效的教学方法,使学生能够更加轻松地学习数学知识,从而提高学习的效率。在初中数学教学中开展分层教学是提高学生学习效率的重要手段,是更好地落实因材施教教学理念的重要手段。这就需要就是在教学实践中,针对学生的实际情况,开展有针对性的教学,从而有效保证学生学习的积极性和主动性,从而提高教学的效率,起到很好的教学目的。
