我院１９７８年１月至１９９５年６月手术治疗１６例胰岛素瘤病人，病理诊断为良性胰岛素瘤１３例，恶性胰岛素瘤２例，胰岛细胞增生１例。分别行肿瘤摘除、胰体尾切除、胰尾切除。术后胰瘘３例，经非手术治愈。经１～１８年随访，除１例多发性肿瘤术后症状未消失和１例恶性肿瘤术后８年复发外，其余术后症状消失，无复发。文章着重讨论了术前、术中肿瘤定位、术式选择和避免术后并发症等有关问题。
From January 1978 to June 1995 in our hospital, 16 patients with insulinoma were treated with pathological diagnosis of benign insulinoma in 13 cases, malignant insulinoma in 2 cases, and islet cell proliferation in 1 case. The tumors were removed, the pancreatic body was removed, and the pancreatic tail was removed. Postoperative pancreatic fistula in 3 cases, after non-surgical cure. After 1 to 18 years of follow-up, except for 1 case of multiple tumors that did not disappear after surgery and 1 case of malignant tumor recurrence after 8 years, the rest of the symptoms disappeared without recurrence. The article focuses on the preoperative and intraoperative tumor location, surgical selection and to avoid postoperative complications and other related issues.
