目的：研究后房型人工晶体缝线固定术对外伤性白内障晶体后囊破裂或囊膜已不存在的患者临床应用效果。方法：选用Ａｌｃｏｎ ＣＺ７０ＢＤ悬吊式人工晶体及Ａｌｃｏｎ １０ ～０ 聚丙烯缝线。Ⅰ期缝线固定２２ 例，Ⅱ期缝线固定６ 例。术中根据囊膜破孔的大小，行单襻固定１０ 例，双襻固定１８ 例。随访时间１９－２ 个月（１ 周～３６ 个月） 。结果：术后视力≥０－５ 者２３ 例，占８２－１ ％ ；０－１ ～０ ．４ 者５ 例，占１７－９ ％ ；术中并发症：１ 例（３－５７％ ）术中睫状体少量出血。术后并发症：前房出血２ 例（７－１４ ％） ，均不超过１／３ 前房；暂时性眼压升高６ 例（２１－４ ％ ），晶体轻度偏位１ 例（３－５７％ ） ，无葡萄膜炎，视网膜脱离，眼内炎发生。结论：应用人工晶体缝线固定术治疗晶体后囊破裂或已不存在外伤性白内障，术中和术后无严重并发症发生，绝大多数患者术后视力能显著提高。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of posterior chamber intraocular lens suture fixation on patients with traumatic cataract with posterior capsule rupture or capsule not existing. Methods: Alcon CZ70BD suspension intraocular lens and Alcon 10 ~ 0 polypropylene suture. Stage Ⅰ suture fixation in 22 cases, Ⅱ suture fixation in 6 cases. Intraoperative according to the size of the capsule hole, a single line of fixed 10 cases, 18 cases of double 襻 fixed. Follow-up time 19-2 months (1 week to 36 months). Results: Postoperative visual acuity ≥ 0-5 in 23 cases, accounting for 82-1%; 0-1 ~ 0. 4 in 5 cases, accounting for 17-9%; intraoperative complications: 1 case (3-57%) intraoperative ciliary body bleeding. Postoperative complications: 2 cases (7-14%) of anterior chamber hemorrhage, no more than 1/3 anterior chamber; temporary elevated intraocular pressure in 6 cases (21-4%), mild crystal deviation in 1 case (3 -57%), no uveitis, retinal detachment, endophthalmitis occurred. Conclusion: Intraocular lens suture fixation for the treatment of posterior capsule rupture or no traumatic cataract, intraoperative and postoperative no serious complications, the vast majority of patients postoperative visual acuity can be significantly improved.
