目的评价6例慢性心力衰竭(HF)患者植入CRT术后,远程无线监测功能在心力衰竭患者心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)中的应用价值。方法应用远程无线监测系统每日自动传输CRT信息,分析异常事件发生情况。结果 6例植入带有远程监测功能的CRT患者,均可在常规随随访前应用CRT监测功能可以早期发现异常事件,从而及时处理并观察处理效果。结论远程无线监测是一种安全可靠的CRT监测方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of remote wireless monitoring in cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in 6 patients with chronic heart failure (HF) after CRT implantation. Methods Remote wireless monitoring system is used to automatically transmit CRT information daily to analyze the occurrence of abnormal events. Results Six cases of CRT patients with remote monitoring function were able to detect abnormal events early by using CRT monitoring before routine follow-up, so as to timely treat and observe the treatment effect. Conclusion Remote wireless monitoring is a safe and reliable CRT monitoring method.
