目的研究痰热清对内毒素所致兔急性肺损伤内致炎因子的影响。方法静脉注射内毒素建立兔急性肺损伤模型,选用日本大白兔,分为药物组、模型组、对照组,给药物组静脉注射痰热清,在不同时间观察外周血液中白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的含量;流式细胞观察外周血及肺灌洗液内的多形核细胞(PMN)凋亡、坏死细胞比率及呼吸爆发功能。结果模型组IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α含量较对照组显著增高,灌洗液PMN成活比率增高,凋亡延迟,呼吸爆发明显增强(P<0.05),模型组上述变化明显受抑制(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论痰热清的预处理可减轻和抑制内毒素性兔急性肺损伤的损伤程度。
Objective To study the effect of Tanreqing on endotoxin induced acute lung injury induced by endotoxin in rabbits. Methods Rabbit acute lung injury model was established by intravenous injection of endotoxin. Japanese rabbits were selected and divided into three groups: drug group, model group and control group. Intravenous injection of Tanreqing was given to the drug group. Interleukin-8 (IL) -8, IL-10 and TNF-α were detected by flow cytometry. Apoptosis of polymorphonuclear cells (PMN) in peripheral blood and lung lavage fluid were observed by flow cytometry. Ratio and respiratory burst function. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α in the model group were significantly increased, the survival rate of PMN in lavage fluid was increased, the apoptosis was delayed and the respiratory burst was significantly increased (P <0.05) (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Tanreqing preconditioning can reduce and inhibit the injury of acute lung injury induced by endotoxin in rabbits.
