低头族是指那些被手机所绑架只顾低头看手机而对现实生活中的人或事变得冷漠的人。本文的“低头族”以建筑专业高职生为研究对象,探讨他们手机成瘾的原因,找出解决方案。高职生手机成瘾原因在于信息化时代学生消费盲目追新;学风管理不善,教学方法创新不够;学生自制力太差,缺乏人际交往。对此,学校应当引导学生明是非,强化自我约束力;创新教育教学方法,提升学生学习兴趣。
Minibonds are those who have been kidnapped by a cellphone and looking down at a cellphone while indifferent to people or things in real life. In this paper, “dull” to the architectural professional students as the research object, to explore the reasons for their cell phone addiction and find solutions. The reasons for the addiction of higher vocational students to mobile phones lies in the blind pursuit of new students’ consumption in the information age; poor management of academic styles, inadequate innovation of teaching methods; poor self-control of students and lack of interpersonal communication. In this regard, schools should guide students from right to wrong, to strengthen self-binding; innovative teaching methods to enhance student interest in learning.
