从理论上分析了多层热压机杠杆式同时闭合机构同时闭合的几何条件,证明了对置的杠杆式同时闭合机构能理想地同时闭合,即在闭合过程中和闭合后,各层热压板的间距始终保持相等;而偏置的杠杆式同时闭合机构为相对的同时闭合,即在闭合过程中,各层热压板的间距只是近似相等,只有在闭合后各层热压板的间距才相等。本文所讨论的同时闭合机构主要参数之间的关系,为杠杆式同时闭合机构的正确设计提供了理论依据。
The geometrical conditions of simultaneous closing of the lever type simultaneous closing mechanism of the multi-layer hot press are theoretically analyzed.
