我所任教的是初中英语学科,我校是一所寄宿制学校,学生的学习完全依靠学校一方,家长在学生学习过程中的作用十分有限。英语和语文同属于语言类科目,需要记忆的东西多,比较琐碎,而且信息输入量大,在教学过程中,我的大部分精力都放在督促学生学习的部分,为了提高教学效率,同时增加教学的科技含量,我在教学过程中引入高效课堂。在接手这届学生之前,为了更好的教学,我总结了一下上届教学经验。我的上届学生在英语学习
