石灰石硅酸盐水泥部颁标准JC600-1995已于1996年10月1日颁布实施。这一品种水泥强度指标与普通硅酸盐水泥一致,在使用中,它的和易性要好于普通水泥。立窑厂所生产的硅酸盐水泥熟料是有条件生产石灰石硅酸盐水泥的。由于石灰石在水泥中掺加量占10％～25％,水泥成本比生产同标号的矿渣水泥有所降低。这对于工厂附近没有矿渣资源的小厂是个极好的机会。该水泥中的石灰石质量要求CaCO_3≥75％,Al_2O_3≤2.0％,这样的石灰石每个水泥厂均可找到,而
Limestone Portland Cement Ministerial Standard JC600-1995 was promulgated and implemented on October 1, 1996. The cement strength index of this type is the same as ordinary Portland cement. In use, its workability is better than ordinary cement. Portland cement clinker produced by shaft kiln factory is a conditional production of limestone portland cement. As limestone is added in cement at a rate of 10% to 25%, the cost of cement is lower than that of slag cement of the same grade. This is an excellent opportunity for small factories near the factory that do not have slag resources. The quality of limestone in the cement requires CaCO_3 ≥ 75% and Al_2O_3 ≤ 2.0%.
