当前各地都在进行新课程改革。改革不是目的,改革只是手段,改革的最终目的是要提高课堂教学的效率,为国家培养高素质的人才。最近参加了近一个月教学培训,经过专家的讲解和案例分析、与班上同学的研究与讨论,并结合自己以前对这方面的探索和实践,笔者认为要想打造高效地初中语文课堂,必须解放思想,创新思路,以学生及现有条件为基础,分“三步走”:
