本文报道以透射及扫描电镜观察ECa109细胞在细胞周期中的细胞表面与细胞器变化的结果。电镜观察表明,在细胞周期的各不同期中ECa109细胞呈不同外观。在间期细胞期,其外观呈扁平带状且有丰富微绒毛;细胞外形不规则,胞质中有中心粒、微管、粗面内质网、聚核蛋白体、张力原纤维与线粒体等细胞器;细胞核大而不规则,有1~2个核仁。在仅占5(1/3)小时的分裂期,细胞外形由扁平变为球形、长柱形或哑铃形,最后分裂为两个细胞,细胞表面仍有较多微绒毛、皱褶及球形小泡。透射电镜下,分裂中期细胞分为纺锤区与非纺锤区:
This article reports the transmission and scanning electron microscopy ECa109 cells in the cell cycle cell surface and organelles changes results. Electron microscopy showed that ECa109 cells showed different appearances at different stages of the cell cycle. In the interphase cell stage, the appearance of a flat ribbon with rich microvilli; irregular cell shape, the cytoplasm of centrioles, microtubules, rough endoplasmic reticulum, polyribosomes, fibril and mitochondria, etc. Organelles; large and irregular nuclei, 1 to 2 nucleoli. In only 5 (1/3) hours of division, the cell shape changed from flattened to spherical, long cylindrical or dumbbell-shaped, and finally divided into two cells, the cell surface is still more microvilli, folds and small spherical bubble.
