1973年10月,军事医学科学院发现鼠群生长较慢,4只种鼠面部肿大(上唇、鼻及两眼间皮肤水肿),全身被毛松乱,尾根部有大小不等的斑疹(直径0.2～0.5cm),有些中央破溃形成痂疹,致使尾根粗细不匀。其中3只动物足背呈水肿,皮肤伴有针头大小的皮痂图1。一般情况尚好,1只动物活动迟纯。当时对此4只病鼠与1982年4月收集的4只病鼠进行下列检查。(1) 肝匀浆接
