经济结构的战略性调整是“十五”计划的主线 ,是“十五”的根本任务之一。如何通过结构的调整、优化来实现经济的跨越式发展 ,是全国各地都十分关心的问题。为此 ,我们对四川什化集团公司通过国有资产转让、退出 ,引入民营企业———四川宏达 (集团 )有限公司 ,进行重组改造 ,实现体制、机制、管理、技术全面创新和所有制结构、产品结构调整、优化的做法 ,以及相关的效果及经验等问题 ,进行了深入调查 ,从中得到了启发。现将我们调查的情况整理出来 ,供有关领导、部门及理论工作者参考。
