水利水电建设工程质量检验“三检制”是水利水电工程质量管理的重要环节,规程规范中都要求严格执行“三检制”。施工承建单位的质量保证体系中“三检制”的认真贯彻落实是其保证体系中极为重要的环节。要做好班组的施工质量初检、施工队的质量复检和工程项目部专职质检员的终检,将施工过程存在的质量问题消除在萌芽状态,确保工程施工质量。
