本文研究了在Crl2 MoV钢表面上放电熔涂硬质合金yG8,熔涂层的组织结构。发现熔涂层中的白亮层由粒状碳化物和粘结相组成。粒状碳化物由外层向内层的组织结构为MC、M_2C和M_6C,它们都属于长周期的层状晶体结构。白亮层中的粘结相以及过渡层的组织均为混合的马氏体组织。
In this paper, we studied the microstructure of discharge-coated cemented carbide yG8 on the surface of Crl2 MoV steel. The white layer in the melt coating was found to consist of granular carbides and a binder phase. The structure of granular carbides from the outer layer to the inner layer are MC, M_2C and M_6C, all belong to long-period layered crystal structure. The white and bright layers of the binder phase and the transition layer are all mixed martensite.
