我们家是北方人,2004年从大连搬到上海,由于爱人是嘉定某中学教师,当时我们就住在南翔一套94年的老公房。去年房产市场低靡的时候,抓准时机在附近购置了一套新房。即将迎来在上海第一次比较系统的装修,全家都挺重视的。再加上我从事工程管理工作,之前也在美颂巴黎做过,对于家装这个行业,可谓一点都不陌生了。在这个圈子里摸爬滚打了这么多年,很多东西都看得比较透。水电综合布线、泥木工操作、走访工地…这些平时接触得太多,已经烂熟于心。也不用麻烦设计师了,CAD制图我自己也会,再找个平时熟悉的工头,帮我介绍几个施工师傅就OK了。
