215例因输尿管发育上的各种不同缺陷而引起的阻塞性肾盂肾炎的小儿,我们对175条输尿管作了矫正成形手术.发现98例(106条输尿管)有肾盂输尿管段阻塞合并肾盂积水,117例(175条输尿管)慢性肾盂肾炎的原因是输尿管骨盆部分阻塞合并有输尿管积水和输尿管肾盂积水.外科治疗阶段在于给恢复受阻的尿动态创造良好的条件.在手术后时期给予综合治疗措施,目的是首先遏制肾脏和尿路感染,刺激尿路的运动,消除机体的过敏作用.
