先天性尿道下裂是男性泌尿生殖系统常见的畸形。由于尿道外口异位及阴茎下曲,故不能进行正常的排尿和性生活。除龟头型尿道下裂外,均需手术矫治,以达到阴茎伸直和缺损尿道重建使之恢复正常生理功能之目的。尿道下裂矫治的方法较多,但缺乏一种近于生理要求而成功率又高的术式。长期以来,许多学者为寻求一种较理想的术式进行了大量的实验与临床研究,使尿道下裂矫治手术不断改进,疗效较前改观。国内学者梅骅自1973年以来设计使用了膀胱粘膜尿道成形术一期矫治尿道下裂,一期手术成功率达95.5％,疗效满意。
Congenital hypospadias is a common male genitourinary deformity. Urinary tract ectopic and penile curvature, it can not be normal urination and sexual life. In addition to glans type hypospadias, are required surgical correction, in order to achieve the penis straight and defect reconstruction of the urethra to restore normal physiological function purposes. Hypospadias corrective method more, but the lack of a near physiological requirements and high success rate of surgery. For a long time, many scholars have done a great deal of experimental and clinical researches in search of a more ideal surgical procedure, which makes the operation of hypospadias improve continuously and the curative effect improves. Mei Hua, a domestic scholar, has designed bladder hydroplasty and urethroplasty for the treatment of hypospadias since 1973. The success rate of the first stage operation was 95.5%. The curative effect was satisfactory.
