中国共产党第十五次全国代表大会是在我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设事业承前启后、继往开来的重要时期召开的历史性会议,是本世纪我们党召开的最后一次代表大会。大会高举邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论伟大旗帜,回顾了一个世纪以来中国人民的奋斗历史,展望了下世纪五十年的发展前景,认真总结了党的十一届三中全会以来,特别是十四大以来五年的实践经验,对我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设跨世纪的发展提出了奋斗纲领,作出了战略部署,从而在中国共产党和中国社会主义现代化历史上树起了一座新的里程碑。中国农业发展银行是国家支持、保护农业和进行宏观调控的重要手段。在跨世纪的征途上,我们要高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,以党的十五大精神为指针,努力做好农业政策性金融工作,为农业和农村经济的全面发
The 15th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party is a historic meeting held in the important period of carrying forward the cause of reform, opening up and socialist modernization in our country and going forward in the future. It is the last representative conference of our party held in this century. The congress held high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping’s theory on building socialism with Chinese characteristics, reviewed the struggles of the Chinese people over the past century and looked forward to the prospect of 50 years of development in the next century. He conscientiously summed up the achievements made since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, The practical experiences of the past five years since the 14th National Congress put forward the program of struggle for the cross-century development of China’s reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization drive and made strategic arrangements so as to set a new threshold in the history of the CPC and the modernization of China’s socialism milestone. China Agricultural Development Bank is an important means of state support, protection of agriculture and macro-control. In the course of trans-century, we must hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, take the guidance of the 15th National Congress of the CPC as a guideline, and work hard to make policy-oriented financial work in agriculture for the comprehensive development of agriculture and the rural economy
