德才兼备,是众望所归的教学目标,即既能满足学生日常学习和生活知识的应用,又能让学生养成良好的道德素养和行为品质。传统的学科教学中,各个学科的教师,大多过于注重学生文化知识的接受能力,在应试思想下,对于高分值的追求,常常会使教师忽视学生德育的存在,盲目地要求学生机械式背诵学科的内容,从而致使学生学习兴趣和个性缺失,最终沦为教学的牺牲品,这是我们所有教师和家长所不愿看到的。因此,强化学生德才兼备教学理念应当予以重视,在小学语文教学中渗透德育教育意义重大。以下笔者将从语文实践出发,探究渗透德育的教学意义所在和有效策略,望对各位同仁有所帮助。
Both ability and political integrity, is the public expectations of teaching objectives, that both to meet the daily learning and life knowledge of students, but also enable students to develop good moral and behavioral qualities. In the traditional subject teaching, the teachers of various disciplines are mostly too focused on the students’ ability to accept cultural knowledge. Under the examination-oriented ideology, the pursuit of high scores often causes teachers to ignore the existence of student moral education and blindly asks the students to mechanically recite Subject content, resulting in students lack interest in learning and personality, and ultimately reduced to the victim of teaching, which all of us teachers and parents do not want to see. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that students should have both ability and political integrity in their teaching and learning. It is of great significance to infiltrate moral education in Chinese teaching in primary schools. The following author will start from the practice of language to explore the significance of infiltration of moral education and effective strategy, hope to help colleagues.
