企业通过水效对标可以促进企业建立健全内部节水循环机制,持续推动企业用水管理水平的提升和水效指标的改进。目前我国企业水效对标工作缺少标准支撑,导致其工作内容、对标流程和管理不规范,影响了企业水效对标工作的开展。本文从标准化的角度对企业水效对标标准化方法进行了研究,运用PDCA的思路,探讨了水效对标工作的基本要求以及实施的程序和方法。
Enterprises through water efficiency benchmarking can promote enterprises to establish and improve the internal water circulation mechanism, and continuously promote the improvement of enterprise water management and water efficiency targets. At present, there is a lack of standard support for benchmarking the water efficiency of enterprises in our country, resulting in the non-standardization of the work content, standard flow and management, affecting the standardization of water efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, from the perspective of standardization, the standardization of water efficiency benchmarking in enterprises is studied. The PDCA is used to discuss the basic requirements of water efficiency benchmarking and the procedures and methods for its implementation.
