目的:探讨无Q波心肌梗死中临床应用地尔硫卓的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机对照方法。对明确诊断为无Q波心肌梗死患者56例,随机分对照组和治疗组各28例。随访1年,观察梗死后心绞痛、再梗死及心源性猝死发生率。结果:治疗组较对照组梗塞后心绞痛、再梗死及心源性猝死发生率分别下降28．6％、 25％及14．3％,且两组比较有显著差异。结论:地尔硫卓在无Q波型心肌梗死中应用安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of diltiazem in Q wave-free myocardial infarction. Methods: Randomized controlled methods. Fifty-six patients with definite Q-wave myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 28 cases each. Followed up for 1 year, observed angina after infarction, reinfarction and incidence of sudden cardiac death. Results: Compared with the control group, the incidence of post-infarction angina pectoris, reinfarction and sudden cardiac death decreased by 28.6%, 25% and 14.3% respectively in the treatment group and there was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Diltiazem is safe and effective in Q-wave myocardial infarction.
