自1963年Winkelmann和Muller首先报道青年全身性发疹性组织细胞性网状组织细胞瘤以来,已有6例报道。1981年Capu-to等报道1例成人自愈的全身发疹性组织细胞瘤。到目前为止,未见本病累及角膜和结膜的病例报道。作者于1986年10月遇见1例,报道如下。施××23岁女1986年10月4日来我院门诊。1984年8月患者发现颈部皮肤有小结节散在,数量和病变范围逐渐扩大。同年,十月开始左眼睑裂部角膜内外侧球结膜发红,逐渐增大,不痛。两侧腋下、胸侧面、腹股沟部、会阴部、肘部、腘窝部皮肤相继出现小结节,对称分布,大小不等,
Six cases have been reported since Winkelmann and Muller first reported young systemic eruptive reticulohistiocytosis in 1963. 1981 Capu-to et al reported a case of adult self-healing erosive histiocytoma. So far, no cases of this disease involving the cornea and conjunctiva have been reported. The author met in October 1986 in 1 case, reported as follows. Shi × × 23-year-old female came to our hospital on October 4, 1986. In 1984 August patients found a small nodules scattered in the neck skin, the number and lesion gradually expanded.
