课堂教学中的非规范评价主要是指教师在日常教学活动中,与学生自然相处时,学生在教师的随机言行中感受到来自教师的期望与评价。对学生而言,老师的一个微笑、一个肯定的眼神、一句赞美的语言、一个得体的动作,都能让他们获得自信、得到鼓励。这种非规范评价,是规范评价的有利补充,它对评价进行了改善、创新,与时俱进地发展了规范评价。实施非规范课堂评价,通过评价保护学生的自尊、自信,关注学生的主观能动性,激发学生积极主动的学习态度。这种体现尊重与爱护的评价,必然促进师生关系的融洽、和谐。
Non-standard evaluation in classroom teaching mainly refers to teachers in daily teaching activities, and students naturally get along with students in the teacher’s random words and deeds to feel the expectations and comments from teachers. For students, a smiling teacher, a positive look, a compliment of language, a decent action, can make them confident and be encouraged. This non-normative evaluation is a good complement to the normative evaluation. It improves and innovates the evaluation and develops the normative evaluation with the times. The implementation of non-standard classroom evaluation, evaluation through the protection of students ’self-esteem, self-confidence, concerned about the students’ initiative and inspire students to take the initiative to learn attitude.
