老年人易患肿瘤、感染及自身免疫疾病,一般认为与衰老时机体免疫功能低下,特别是细胞免疫功能降低有关,白细胞介素2和白细胞介素2受体(IL—2,IL—2R)体系在衰老中的作用颇引人注目。可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL—2R)是IL—2Rα链经酶水解脱落成份之一,sIL—2R水平反映淋巴细胞激活程度,也可反映细胞免疫功能状态。本文应用夹心法ELASA对老年肺结核患者血清sIL—2R进行了研究,并对其临床意义进行讨论。
Elderly susceptible to cancer, infection and autoimmune diseases, generally considered to be associated with the aging immune function is low, especially in reducing cellular immune function, interleukin 2 and interleukin 2 receptor (IL-2, IL-2R) The role of the system in aging is quite noticeable. Soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) is one of the components of IL-2Rα chain that is hydrolyzed by enzymes. The level of sIL-2R reflects the degree of lymphocyte activation, and also reflects the cellular immune function status. In this paper, sandwich ELISA ELASA in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis sIL-2R were studied, and its clinical significance are discussed.
