目的:探讨过敏性紫癜患儿采用中医辨证分型治疗的临床疗效。方法:将2014年3月-2015年3月我院收治的36例过敏性紫癜患儿作为观察组,采用中医辨证分型方法治疗,取同期36例过敏性紫癜患儿作为对照组,采用常规西医方法治疗,对比两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为94.44%,对照组总有效率为63.89%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为2.78%,对照组复发率为16.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型方法治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods: Thirty-six children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the observation group and treated with TCM syndrome differentiation method. Thirty-six children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were selected as the control group, Western medicine treatment, compared with two groups of children with clinical treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 94.44% in the observation group and 63.89% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The recurrence rate was 2.78% in the observation group and 16.67% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation method for the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura has significant effect and low recurrence rate.
