黑龙江中医药大学体育馆采用U形钢-混凝土螺栓连接组合空腹楼盖,对于这种新型大跨度承重楼盖,卸载成为本工程的关键,有必要对结构受力和变形进行现场监测确保卸载工作的顺利进行。针对该楼盖网格分布的特点,采用走梅花桩式卸载方案,主要监测逐步卸载过程中楼盖的挠度变形和下肋U形钢板的应力。监测结果表明:卸载过程中及完全卸载后楼盖的受力和变形均满足规范要求,下肋螺栓连接节点两侧U形钢板不会出现相对位移;验证了U形钢组合空腹夹层板结构的理论分析与结构设计的正确性与可靠性;验证了楼盖临时支撑系统卸载方案的可行性。
