Based on the current situation of human resource management in family-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management in family-owned enterprises and combines with the characteristics of family-owned enterprises, puts forward the strategic options for the development and management of human resources in family-owned enterprises in the development stage in order to better promote the family business sustainable development.
